In accordance with the Asset (Money) Laundering Prevention Act 2064, Nepal Government and Central Bank of Nepal (NRB) has issued guidelines to prevent the inflow of such funds and Goodwill Remit complies with it in every means.

Goodwill Remit strictly adopts policies that adhere to the relevant legal and regulatory guidelines that governs its activities, as set by Nepal Rastra Bank (Central Bank of Nepal). We are diligent in following all compliance guidelines and regulations. Our compliance team is responsible for monitoring daily transactions and reporting to the management. Any suspicious transaction will be reported to NRB (Central Bank of Nepal).
