Goodwill Remit provides money transfer services including cash pickup, bank transfer, and wallet transfer to Nepal. Services are subject to availability and regulatory approval.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to use remittance services in your country of residence to use our services.
We are required by law to verify the identity of all customers. You agree to provide accurate and complete identification documents as requested.
Transaction limits apply in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Goodwill Remit reserves the right to set and modify transaction limits at any time.
Fees and exchange rates are disclosed at the time of transaction. Rates are indicative and may vary. The final rate applied will be confirmed before transaction completion.
You may not use our services for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or transactions involving sanctioned individuals or entities.
Goodwill Remit's liability is limited to the amount of the transaction. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
